EIT Manufacturing South partners with 4e 2026 in Padua
EIT Manufacturing South is a partner of 4e 2026, the free technology and innovation event by Jacobacci & Partners. It takes place on 30 October at Palazzo del Bo in Padua.
From 6 to 8 November, Padua hosts Techstars Startup Weekend for the first time. The international format condenses the journey from idea to startup into 54 hours. The event takes place at the University of Padua’s Fiore di Botta Campus.
It starts on Friday evening with pitches: 60 seconds to present an idea and convince others to work on it. Teams then form and spend the weekend validating the problem, talking to potential customers and building an MVP. Mentors and founders who run businesses every day support them throughout. On Sunday afternoon, each team presents its project to the jury, followed by awards and a closing aperitivo.
You don’t need an idea or prior experience, just the willingness to get stuck in. The event is open to students, developers, designers, researchers, professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. The ticket covers the whole weekend, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the aperitivo.
