On Thursday 8 October 2026, at 16:00, EIT Manufacturing South will take part in “From Artificial Intelligence to the smart factory: technologies, skills and innovation for SMEs”. The meeting takes place at Porta Futuro – Ex Manifattura Tabacchi.

The meeting is part of the Festival dell’Economia Pugliese 2026, held in Bari from 7 to 10 October under the theme “Re-building the future”. AHI HUB – Apulian Human Innovation Hub, a temporary partnership set up to support innovation among Apulian businesses and the region’s manufacturing sector, is organising it.

The session targets SMEs and covers Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and robotics, focusing on how these technologies can be applied in day-to-day business processes. • Ingenia, which works on digital transformation, software and AI solutions
• Dimensione3, which develops Digital Twin and immersive technologies
• Ampero, a deep-tech startup using Artificial Intelligence to automate industrial design processes

Gianluca Fusillo, Programme Manager Funded Projects, will attend on behalf of EIT Manufacturing South.
