Sebbene l\u2019automazione robotica offra una soluzione concreta, la complessit\u00e0, i costi e le competenze specialistiche necessarie per implementare sistemi robotici avanzati continuano a limitarne l\u2019adozione su larga scala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con ambienti produttivi sempre pi\u00f9 dinamici e cicli di vita dei prodotti pi\u00f9 brevi, i produttori necessitano sempre pi\u00f9 di sistemi di automazione flessibili, che possano essere riconfigurati rapidamente senza un supporto esteso da parte degli integratori di sistemi. Tuttavia, le soluzioni robotiche tradizionali rimangono in gran parte rigide, vincolate a specifici hardware e dipendenti da una programmazione di livello specialistico, creando una barriera significativa per le PMI e per le produzioni ad alta variet\u00e0 e bassi volumi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YK-Robotics ha individuato l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di semplificare l\u2019intero ciclo di vita dei sistemi robotici, dalla progettazione virtuale della cella e configurazione delle attivit\u00e0 fino all\u2019implementazione, al funzionamento e alla manutenzione, attraverso il proprio software all-in-one. Copyright \u00a9 YK-Robotics.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante il progetto, il team ha condotto approfondite valutazioni comparative di diversi algoritmi di pianificazione del movimento, analizzandone convergenza, velocit\u00e0 di esecuzione, robustezza e prestazioni in condizioni simulate vicine a scenari reali.  \u00c8 stato adottato un approccio di sviluppo guidato dai test (test-driven development), che ha incluso oltre 100.000 casi di test per validare l\u2019affidabilit\u00e0 del sistema, compreso il supporto per assi lineari e per robot di diversi marchi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per accelerare i cicli di sviluppo e migliorare la qualit\u00e0 del software, il team ha utilizzato assistenti allo sviluppo basati sull\u2019intelligenza artificiale, come GitHub Copilot e ChatGPT, per la generazione del codice e la copertura dei test, consentendo iterazioni pi\u00f9 rapide e un comportamento del sistema pi\u00f9 resiliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parlando del progetto,&nbsp;<strong>Joan Ortega Alcaide<\/strong>, CEO e Co-Founder di YK-Robotics, afferma che il finanziamento di EIT Manufacturing \u00e8 stato il catalizzatore che ha permesso a un\u2019azienda industriale di medie dimensioni di assumersi il rischio di esplorare una soluzione sviluppata da una startup, offrendo al contempo a YK-Robotics l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di testare e validare il proprio software in scenari industriali reali.&nbsp;<strong>Ortega Alcaide&nbsp;<\/strong>sottolinea inoltre: \u201cQuesto ci ha permesso di entrare in un mercato ad alto potenziale ma precedentemente inesplorato, nel quale sono emerse problematiche concrete che abbiamo potuto affrontare e che hanno contribuito direttamente al miglioramento del nostro software.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"background-color:#f0f0f0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:80%\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em>Nel settore della robotica, una piccola ma fondamentale parte dello sviluppo e della validazione deve essere necessariamente svolta su sistemi fisici affinch\u00e9 una soluzione software possa essere realmente efficace. Questo aggiornamento architetturale rende la piattaforma nativamente interoperabile con applicazioni esterne e interfacce utente personalizzate, eliminando la dipendenza dalle tradizionali interfacce uomo-macchina (HMI) grafiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sono state sviluppate oltre 30 API robuste per supportare la configurazione fluida delle celle di lavoro robotizzate, consentendo agli utenti di modellare e testare l\u2019intero layout della cella robotica in ambiente software prima della realizzazione fisica, nonch\u00e9 di pianificare le traiettorie e controllare i movimenti.  Queste nuove funzionalit\u00e0 permettono a integratori terzi e costruttori di macchine di incorporare facilmente la piattaforma nei propri ecosistemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa architettura API-first consente ai costruttori di macchine e agli integratori di sistemi di incorporare direttamente la YK-Platform nei propri ecosistemi digitali, mantenendo al contempo il pieno controllo sull\u2019esperienza utente e sui flussi operativi. I produttori possono generare autonomamente scenari robotici complessi, configurare attivit\u00e0 e ottenere piani di movimento ottimizzati e privi di collisioni con competenze specialistiche minime.  Gli aggiornamenti del sistema, le modifiche al layout e le operazioni di manutenzione possono essere gestiti rapidamente, rendendo la piattaforma particolarmente adatta ad ambienti dinamici come la piegatura dei metalli, il machine tending, l\u2019assemblaggio e le applicazioni di pick-and-place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I principali settori target includono l\u2019industria alimentare e delle bevande, dove l\u2019elevata variabilit\u00e0 dei prodotti richiede soluzioni di automazione flessibili e facilmente configurabili.  Nella produzione di legno e arredamento, la piattaforma consente una gestione efficiente di componenti non standardizzati, adattandosi rapidamente alle esigenze produttive in continua evoluzione.  I settori della lavorazione dei metalli e delle lavorazioni meccaniche beneficiano dell\u2019ottimizzazione delle attivit\u00e0 di machine tending, riducendo la dipendenza dagli operatori e aumentando la produttivit\u00e0.  I produttori farmaceutici possono invece usufruire di attivit\u00e0 di movimentazione precise e compatibili con ambienti cleanroom, facilmente adattabili a nuovi formati di confezionamento o a requisiti normativi in evoluzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In tutti questi settori, la YK-Platform offre il massimo valore negli ambienti che richiedono frequenti cambiamenti nella produzione o la gestione di un\u2019ampia variet\u00e0 di prodotti all\u2019interno di un\u2019unica cella robotica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impatto oltre l\u2019innovazione tecnica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019impatto pi\u00f9 ampio di questo progetto va ben oltre l\u2019innovazione tecnica. La YK-Platform democratizza l\u2019accesso alla robotica avanzata, consentendo a una fascia pi\u00f9 ampia della forza lavoro di diventare parte attiva della manifattura moderna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019adozione di questa soluzione riduce la dipendenza da manodopera difficile da reperire, offrendo al contempo un percorso scalabile verso l\u2019automazione. Inoltre, le traiettorie robotiche ottimizzate contribuiscono a ridurre il consumo energetico e lo spreco di materiali, favorendo pratiche produttive pi\u00f9 sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Costruire le basi per una manifattura umanocentrica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La YK-Platform rappresenta una risposta concreta sia alle sfide tecniche sia a quelle sociali della manifattura. Colmando il divario tra robotica e usabilit\u00e0, la YK-Platform ha il potenziale per diventare una tecnologia fondamentale nella prossima generazione di sistemi produttivi flessibili, intelligenti e umanocentrici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la maturazione delle tecnologie di intelligenza artificiale (AI) e la crescente accessibilit\u00e0 dei modelli linguistici di grandi dimensioni (LLM), YK-Robotics sta ampliando la piattaforma includendo funzionalit\u00e0 di interazione tramite linguaggio naturale.  Il team ha sviluppato una serie di agenti AI, attualmente in fase di test beta, progettati per operare sulle funzionalit\u00e0 gi\u00e0 disponibili della YK-Platform.  Questi agenti sono in grado di interpretare le richieste degli operatori, assegnare le attivit\u00e0 all\u2019agente specializzato pi\u00f9 appropriato e supportare operazioni quali la generazione virtuale di celle robotiche, la programmazione dei robot, lo scambio di dati e la creazione di interfacce uomo-macchina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aggiungendo questo livello di interazione, gli operatori possono descrivere ci\u00f2 che deve essere realizzato utilizzando il linguaggio naturale, mentre la YK-Platform traduce questi input in azioni eseguibili.  Questo approccio riduce ulteriormente le barriere all\u2019adozione della robotica avanzata e apre la strada a un futuro in cui la collaborazione uomo-robot diventer\u00e0 pi\u00f9 intuitiva e accessibile negli ambienti manifatturieri.
