I tessuti composti da fibre miste sono particolarmente difficili da trattare, motivo per cui la maggior parte finisce in discarica o in un inceneritore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CDC Studio affronta questa sfida attraverso la sua gamma di tecnologie proprietarie: MIKT\u00d2S, C\u014c\u0112O e VERSO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MIKT\u00d2S trasforma i rifiuti tessili misti, tradizionalmente non riciclabili, in un polimero ad alte prestazioni che pu\u00f2 sostituire la plastica vergine nei settori moda, arredamento, packaging ed edilizia. Il processo non richiede la separazione delle fibre, l'uso di additivi chimici o di solventi, e il polimero risultante \u00e8 riciclabile e compatibile con i macchinari industriali standard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u014c\u0112O valorizza tessuti e pellami invenduti o difettosi, rivestendoli con plastica riciclata post-consumo al 100%, certificata da EuCertPlast. I produttori possono adottare pratiche circolari senza dover investire in nuovi macchinari: un elemento cruciale per favorire la scalabilit\u00e0 lungo l'intera catena di fornitura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le applicazioni spaziano dalla moda e dall\u2019arredamento all\u2019automotive e al packaging. Un produttore di arredamento, ad esempio, pu\u00f2 trasformare i propri scarti di lavorazione in granuli polimerici da utilizzare internamente, mentre un brand di moda pu\u00f2 dare nuova vita ai tessuti delle collezioni stagionali passate, trasformandoli in nuove collezioni sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo approccio contribuisce agli obiettivi europei in materia di ecodesign e di responsabilit\u00e0 estesa del produttore (EPR), che richiedono alle aziende di gestire responsabilmente il fine vita dei propri prodotti e di promuovere una produzione circolare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scalare l\u2019innovazione in modo sostenibile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopo diversi anni di ricerca e sviluppo, CDC Studio ha raggiunto la maturit\u00e0 commerciale. C\u014c\u0112O \u00e8 gi\u00e0 sul mercato (TRL 9), mentre MIKT\u00d2S si avvia alla produzione su scala industriale (TRL 8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019azienda sta progettando un hub produttivo centrale supportato da microimpianti situati vicino alle fonti di scarto: un modello distribuito che riduce i costi logistici e rafforza le filiere locali.
